Truffle Solutions has managed the harvest, cleaning, grading, packing and sales of over 40 tonnes of fresh truffle. This included the upgrading of the facilities at Oak Valley Truffle to be one of the industry leading processing facilities. The post-harvest process is critical to maintaining a excellent reputation which in turn will allow the grower to receive the best return on their time and effort. Reputations can be tarnished quickly if a proven routine is not followed each and every time.
